Wednesday is my 500th show on sauga960am! And I have two impressive political commentators to help me celebrate with appropriate topical discussion about where the country is going post the federal election. My two panelists, one an NDPer and the other a Tory, worked together in broadcasting and even though they hold very different political views, have formed a deep friendship. They believe their friendship is a great example of what we need more of, listening to others and friendship across the political divides. As a Liberal I’m honoured to participate. My panelists are:

- Marcella Munro is a Principal with McMillan Vantage Policy Group. She is a former journalist and has been working in public affairs and communications strategy and consulting for 15+ years. Marcella worked in NDP political circles, and specifically for the BCNDP and Alberta NDP and as well she worked closely with former Vancouver Mayor Gregor Robertson.

- Tasha Kheiriddin is a principal with Navigator Ltd., Canada's leading high stakes advisory and communications firm. She is the national political columnist for the Postmedia chain of newspapers where she writes weekly on political and current affairs issues. She also lectures at the Max Bell School of Public Policy at McGill University and serves as Vice President of the Canadian Centre for the Purpose of the Corporation.
