Ashley has been recognized by the Greater Niagara Chamber of Commerce recently named one of Niagara's Top 40 Under 40 Business Leaders for her achievements in the non-profit sector. For the past thirteen years, Ashley has worked as a Non-Profit manager with Scouts Canada. Previously, she was an opening team member for the Niagara Falls Convention Centre in sales and marketing, and an Entertainment Coordinator at the Fallsview Casino in Resort. She is a founding member of NEXTNiagara, an organization focused on championing the next generation of community leaders, she understands the challenges young people face in the Niagara region.
