Brian speaks with Maxwell A. Cameron. Maxwell is a Professor in the Department of Political Science and the School of Public Policy and Global Affairs at the University of British Columbia. He received his Ph.D. in political science from the University of California, Berkeley. Professor Cameron specializes in comparative politics with a focus on theories of constitutional democracy. We discuss the problems with the way our parliament works today. He talks about a case at the Ontario Superior Court that is considering “Is our electoral system of first last the post-constitutional or does it infringe our rights?".
