What is up you Fanatics! Welcome back to another episode and in today's episode I go over why building long term sustainable habits is the best way to acheive and keep those Health & Fitness goals we all have.

Whether is be weight loss, fat loss, muscle growth, better athlete, better marathon runner, healthier individual etc all these require long term approaches. During the epsiode you will hear me talk about how you should not associate habits with goals. The reason being because once you reach that goal, that habit that was associated with that goal with also most likely fall off.
