The last time I was blessed with a full nights sleep was in November of 1992. True story! I've spent the past twenty two years seeking professional help to mindfully sitting in very large rooms doing nothing more than holding a writing instrument. No matter how many man made devices and or medications have been introduced. I've yet to sleep an entire night. What if it's something so simple but more dramatic than a daytime soap opera?
