After Jack Carmen, a non-neurotypical man, was accused and sent to jail for the murder of Christie Mullins in under two weeks, two journalism students at Ohio State University started to question "Who DID Kill Christie Mullins?" But surely two college kids can't make a difference in the justice system, right?
