Pb: Lucas estava ansioso naquela manhã.
En: Lucas was anxious that morning.

Pb: A excursão escolar para Campos do Jordão prometia aventuras.
En: The school trip to Campos do Jordão promised adventures.

Pb: O ônibus atravessava a cidade e, ao redor, a paisagem mudava: montanhas, árvores altas e flores coloridas da primavera.
En: The bus drove through the city, and as they traveled, the landscape changed: mountains, tall trees, and colorful spring flowers.

Pb: Era a primeira vez que Lucas visitava uma cabana tão charmosa.
En: It was the first time Lucas visited such a charming cabin.

Pb: Estava cheio de esperanças, especialmente por causa da rara borboleta que ele sonhava em encontrar.
