I am confused. According the to USAC bylaws who is a member? The regions, the clubs or the curlers?

Thank you for doing this, and thank you to Dean for being on this. There is so much misinformation out there right now about this. I think transparency and optics are really really bad here.

This was very well done. Thank you all. I am curious as to which club/event Dean was referring to that made $15 20k from running a national event. I know it wasn't mixed. Jr's or 5 and under
