The second paragraph of the United States of Declaration of Independence starts as follows, "We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness." The Bible does'n't say that all people are equal but that people are all equal in the eyes of God. In some cases, there are black managers and white employees and sometimes white manager with black employees. Managers are not equal corporately speaking with an employee as man is not equal with God. But, in the eyes of God, all people-of all cultures, cultures-men and women are created EQUAL in God's eyes. Genesis 1:27 states "So God created mankind in his own image, in the image of God he created them, male and female he created them." (Genesis 1:27). In 2020 we are looking to the upcoming election and the facts are in: Black Americans are earning greater income and have a greater employment in the United States than at any other time in American History.
