In this CityLife episode, host Beverly Thompson talks with Interim Assistant Budget Director Andrew Holland and Dr. Harvey Hinton, the Executive Director of a local nonprofit organization called CAARE. His organization is one of this cycle’s grant recipients. Both of our guests will be talking about what participatory budgeting is, how it’s making an impact in our community, and why this second cycle is working differently than the first.
