Governor Greg Abbott has taken off his political gloves. He is forcing the federal government's judicial branch to rule on what US Constitutional authority states have in defending their borders when the federal government has abdicated its responsibility, and even worse in this case, intentionally.

Were Biden 'Aministration' eating Hot Dogs, drinking beers, etc. the news would be incomplete if it failed to innumerate the Number of the items consumed. Just so. to include the words "Constitution Crisis" without including the number of times the Biden administration has been charged with violating the Constitution is incomplete - perhaps deliberately.
