Described by one guest as “Flint’s best day”, the last Saturday in August means it’s the CRIM Family of races, and this year the 10-mile start line is brought to us by our friends at Consumer’s Energy. On this week’s show, we share all the info you need for this exciting event, plus what it means for the Flint community.

Rafael Turner, Consumers Energy Coordinator for Community Affairs for Genesee, Saginaw, and Shiawassee counties joins the Crim Fitness Foundation's Director of External Affairs Brandon Morgan for a fun segment on the race, Consumer Energy's involvement, why Flint is cool, and just some of the ways that Crim and CE work together to make this community stronger.
