Dr. Judd Burton (BurtonBeyond.net), author of Interview With the Giant and the forthcoming Van Helsing Way, joins us to discuss the spiritual reality behind Hollywood dolls like Chucky (Child’s Play), Annabelle (The Conjuring), the evil clown in Poltergeist, and M3gan. As Judd notes, dolls are not all that different from the “images” created by the pagan neighbors of ancient Israel (and by pagans today) to give locality to their gods.
