Bosket manages community development initiatives, nurtures relationships with community partners and funders and elevates the voices of Allentown residents.

He is most proud of giving residents “a seat at the table,” equipping them with the skills, confidence and motivation needed for them to become advocates for improving their neighborhoods. “I have learned that every person should be valued first as a human being, and then we need to understand who they are, not who we perceive them to be,” he said. “Although this seems basic and fairly straightforward, it’s critical and necessary in earning mutual trust and respect.”
