In this episode we jump right in talking about compassion for others, empathy for what others may be going through, and how to manage your reaction in certain situations. We chat a bit about his book Mouse In The Room: Because The Elephant Is Not Alone, and a little about his life coaching over at Focus.CEO. He shares a story about how his ego may have helped him flee just in time from a country where he was wanted for questioning.
