Day of Trouble finds itself at Part 96 on Battle Lines. The lessons here are plain and very necessary to see in this. Today as Christians there are many who challenge the faith of believers. They blaspheme the name of the Lord, the Christ of our God and Father, and Heaven itself. The Day of Trouble heads up this portion for we are dealing with a direct life and death situation. Fortunately for Judah, they find deliverance and the enemy is destroyed. But their actions and words line up with the same threats Christians and Christianity face today. In prophecy we also know of the Day of Trouble which comes. But for many it has arrived. The Lord, however; still listens and delivers the remnant of those in the faith which believe.

The Day of Trouble comes to #Judah, then stir in rebuke and blasphemy. It is here that King Hezekiah meets the reality of the threat of Sennacherib. Besides threatening #Jerusalem, the words of Rabshakeh are a direct reproach to the #livingGod of #Israel. As is the case among the heathen, #Assyria has no trouble with this. It is the same today among the nations of men who do not consider that aspect of disrespect to the living God. However, it is more serious than that, it is direct #blasphemy. Within the gates of the city, Hezekiah seeks the #Lord in #Prayer for the #remnant left in the city. When the #DayofTrouble comes, the seeking of the Lord, standing on His #Word, and making yourself stand solid in #faith, #believing is paramount.
