Not because she helped transform my body years ago where I competed in three fitness competitions but because she was the one who saw my daily struggles with transforming my body and my mind. She was the one who didn't let me bask in my excuses and pushed out a confidence in me that I didn't even know I had.

We are talking about body positivity, moms how to get your children on the wagon of loving themselves, and teaching them healthy habits.
