Kamilah Moore is not delivering on keeping the reparations conversation exclusively with Black American descendants of United States Chattel Slavery. Making it solely based on housing housing discrimination and including all racial groups makes it no longer about lineage based and paying the debt based on the crime of Chattel slavery and the descendants that have endured the damaging effects of this since 1865 (more so 1877)-present.
