In Galdi, we were determined to find a solution.
After analyzing thousands of hours of servicing data, and by applying “Design for Maintenance” principles, we could reduce downtime and simplify technicians’ work.
In our latest machine models, such as the RG270, we grouped components that frequently require service into easily accessible areas. We also minimized the need for ladders and platforms, opting instead for ground-level and operator height access.
The result? Faster servicing times, reduced health and safety risks, and lower costs.
On the software side, our advanced Human Machine Interface (HMI) system detects patterns to predict potential failures before they happen. Maintenance alerts clearly flag any areas needing attention so technicians can resolve issues quickly.
Moreover, we have developed remote monitoring and machine control software that further enhances the effectiveness of predictive maintenance by analyzing recurrent alerts and enabling failure prediction.
