Charisma is not exclusive only to a select few. It is not to be misused for manipulation, narcissistic seduction, or destructive power plays. From now on, it will be our superpower to empower ourselves and others, find meaningful relationships, inspire people whose lives we touch, and build strong communities.
My conviction is that we all have our unique flavor of charisma within us. We just need to remove the barriers that block our light from shining through, access it and nourish it. Charisma is a learnable quality within our character.
