Talibah M. Bayles is the driving force behind TMB Tax & Financial Services, a full-service tax, and revenue planning firm on a mission to help small businesses thrive with airtight financial strategies that enable and maintain growth.

Talibah graduated summa cum laude and holds a bachelor’s degree from Fisk University and a master's degree from The George Washington Elliott School of International Affairs. She served as a civil service employee holding positions within the United States Senate and the Department of Justice until she decided to take the leap and launch TMB Tax & Financial Services in 2006.

Initially, TMB Tax & Financial Services specialized in individual and business income tax preparation, but it has since expanded beyond tax preparation to encompass bookkeeping, remote Chief Financial Officer services, and a robust business credit and financing program.

Talibah combined her hands-on experience and vast skill set to develop the TMB Small Business Financial Fix Toolbox™, an innovative system designed to empower clients to acquire legitimate business credit and financing to support their cash flow and working capital needs at every stage of business growth.

A native of Birmingham, AL, Talibah is on a mission to bring a positive impact to her community with genuine solutions for ignored small businesses. She has built a reputation as a dynamic speaker with a capacity to connect with her audience, encourage honest conversations about their numbers, and craft short and long-term strategies designed to promote business success.
