Walter grew up in Italy! After moving to the United States, he worked in different positions, until finally becoming the chef he is today!

Walter talks about so many things, and the guys were so happy to be able to hang out with him! His biggest goal is to educate Americans on the tradition of Italian cuisine!

He speaks about the Tour of Italy trips he sponsors in regions of Italy! He's been doing this since the early 1990s and he talks about what those trips entail.

Sam asks about what the main differences are between American and Italian ingredients, and Walter nails the answer!

The topic of Sam's eating challenge, in Florida, came up, and there were some laughs, but Walter also delivers news that makes Sam a little sad!
