EPISODE 13: Aalia and Alex welcome international bikini athlete, Lauralie Chapados,. Even though this young athlete has competed and won in some of the most prestigious competitions in the world like Ms. Bikini Olympia, Yamamoto Cup, and Arnold Classic Australia, Aalia and Alex dug deeper. We get to see Lauralie under a different light discussing things like loosing friendships, giving up alcohol and partying, and staying strong following a dream not everyone understands. Lauralie shares her love for health and finally learning her own limits after breaking down backstage after competitions.



Lauralie Chapados started competing in 2015, when she was only 17 years old, by 2016 she had won her Pro Card. She placed as a runner-up at her Ms. Bikini Olympia debut just 2 years later, transforming herself from the inside out in the process. Having worked with body building legends such as Charles Glass, she gathered all the techniques in order to progress continually into the sport. As an international bikini athlete she has ranked and won in some of the most prestigious competitions in the world. In 2019 alone, she won 1st Place for 2019 Yamamoto Cup, 2nd Place for Arnold Classic Australia and 4th place for Ms. Olympia.
