“If you want to still get in at a buyer market, or at least a balanced market, right now’s the time. It will probably be that way for the next month or so, and then it’s gonna be busy again. There’s gonna be demand and the prices are gonna start going up. There are markets where there has been depreciation, but for the most part, it’s just come back down to normal.” 9:22
