Long story short. At the time we lived in Westchester NY with 2 successful restaurants. Eduardo’s Rest located in Mt. Kisco NY which was family owned/operated for over 30 years...
mostra másThe restaurant needed a lot of work.and Eddie did his best within a 6 week time frame in the midst of the busy season.with me flying down every week for a couple of days to assist. This was our First large scale restaurant along with our first Raw Bar & Seafood menu. We’ve managed to pull through with some "curve balls" to say the least. Vinnie's, in its inceptions was a very popular place and was known for its quick & Fried food sports bar type atmosphere; We took in a different concepts to be more family friendly, full service restaurant. We did, and continue to do renovations to the building and our menu selections. Our main "hurdle" is getting the word out there that We are New Ownership and the menu is completely different and that we don’t just sell Seafood. Vinnie's downfall is our main hurdle.getting people to be aware it's not the same environment and we are continuing to improve in all areas.
We love Mooresville and the South!
