I admit it. When I speak about making meaningful changes in your life to bring more success, self-confidence and self-awareness, I tend to say it can be a difficult road to follow. Change can be hard, especially when your growth is met with resistance from family and friends. You may second guess your commitment to truly seeking out your Dream Life.

Ellen Atkins was a successful CPA for nearly three decades when she had a nagging feeling that something was missing from her life.
