Cy: Mae'r awyr yn las a'r haul yn disgleirio uwchben y muriau hynafol o Gastell Conwy.
En: The sky is blue and the sun shines above the ancient walls of Conwy Castle.

Cy: Yn y castell hwnnw, lle mae chwedlau a hudoliaeth yn cyffwrdd â'r gwirionedd, mae Gwen yn sefyll yn falch.
En: In that castle, where legends and enchantment touch reality, Gwen stands proudly.

Cy: Hi yw'r canllaw gorau ym mhob Cymru.
En: She is the best guide in all of Wales.

Cy: Wrth i dwristiaid lifo i mewn i'r castell, mae hi'n barod i'w swyno gyda straeon am filwyr a brenhinoedd a pha mor anhygoel yw Conwy.
En: As tourists flock into the castle, she is ready to enchant them with stories of soldiers and kings and how amazing Conwy is.

Cy: Dafydd, ei ffrind a'i chyd-arweinydd, sy'n chwerthin wrth iddo weld Gwen yn cymryd ei phos.
En: Dafydd, her friend and co-leader, laughs as he sees Gwen taking her pose.

Cy: "Peidiwch â sit ar y maen hwnnw!
En: "Don't sit on that stone!"

Cy: " mae'n rhybuddio.
En: he warns.

Cy: Ond Gwen, wedi ei dal gan y moment a'r gobaith am wneud argraff ar ei gynulleidfa eiddgar, yn eistedd ar y fainc heb sylweddoli ei bod hi'n enwog am fod y lle lle mae ysbryd yn aros.
En: But Gwen, caught up in the moment and hopeful of making an impression on her eager audience, sits on the bench without realizing that she is famous for being the place where spirits linger.

Cy: Nid oedd hir cyn i bethau rhyfedd ddechrau digwydd.
En: It wasn't long before strange things started happening.

Cy: Ar ôl eistedd lawr, mae hufen iâ yn ei llaw yn cwympo heb esboniad ac awel annisgwyl yn chwythu trwy ei gwallt.
En: After sitting down, an ice cream in her hand falls without explanation and an unexpected breeze blows through her hair.

Cy: Mae'r twristiaid yn cyd-griwio o gwmpas, eu llygaid yn lledu â chwilfrydedd.
En: The tourists circle around, their eyes wide with curiosity.

Cy: Rhys, un o'r ymwelwyr gwybodus, sy'n awgrymu bod Gwen wedi tarfu i deyrnas yr ysbryd.
En: Rhys, one of the knowledgeable visitors, suggests that Gwen has been touched by the kingdom of the spirit.

Cy: Dafydd ac Rhys, gan wybod am arferion ysbrydion, yn penderfynu cynorthwyo Gwen i wneud heddwch â'r ysbryd.
En: Dafydd and Rhys, knowing about spirit customs, decide to help Gwen make peace with the spirit.

Cy: Maen nhw'n mynd i chwilio am flodau gwyllt sy'n tyfu o gwmpas y castell a chreu tlysau i'w gosod ar y fainc fel offrwm heddwch.
En: They go in search of wildflowers growing around the castle and make wreaths to place on the bench as an offering of peace.

Cy: Gwen, er mor annifyr yw hi, yn gobeithio ei bod hi'n ddigon i ddiddanu a chysuro'r ysbryd.
En: Gwen, as reluctant as she is, hopes that she is enough to entertain and soothe the spirit.

Cy: Gyda blodau'n eu dwylo a geiriau o ymddiheuriadau yn eu calonnau, maen nhw'n dychwelyd at y fainc.
En: With flowers in their hands and words of apology in their hearts, they return to the bench.

Cy: Gwen yn gofyn am faddeuant gan yr ysbryd gan ddweud ei bod hi wedi camgymeriad.
En: Gwen asks for forgiveness from the spirit, saying she made a mistake.

Cy: Yn sydyn, awel ysgafn eto, ond y tro hwn yn llawn o gynhesrwydd a thawelwch.
En: Suddenly, a gentle breeze again, but this time full of warmth and calm.

Cy: Mae'r twristiaid yn sibrwd wrth iddynt deimlo bod rhywbeth swreal a hudol wedi digwydd.
En: The tourists whisper as they feel that something surreal and magical has happened.

Cy: Roedd ysbryd y castell, wedi ei blesio gan y jest eiriol a'r anrhegion lliwgar, wedi derbyn maddeuant i Gwen.
En: The spirit of the castle, pleased by the playful gesture and the colorful gifts, has forgiven Gwen.

Cy: Mae Gwen yn teimlo llifo o ryddhad.
En: Gwen feels a wave of relief.

Cy: Maen nhw'n parhau â'r daith, gan adael y fainc a'i storïau tu ôl iddyn nhw am hyn o bryd.
En: They continue the journey, leaving the bench and its stories behind for now.

Cy: Ond o hyn ymlaen, mae Gwen yn addo peidio byth â diystyru rhybuddion Dafydd eto.
En: But from now on, Gwen promises never to dismiss Dafydd's warnings again.

Cy: Mae pawb yn chwerthin a'r daith yn dod i ben gyda boddhad a rhyfeddod y twristiaid yng nghwmni ysbrydion hanes Conwy Castle.
En: Everyone is laughing and the journey comes to an end with the delight and wonder of the tourists in the company of the spirits of Conwy Castle.
