In our lives, we all experience right hooks, upper cuts, and jabs that make us fall to our knees. We collapse in defeat, broken.
But when we are on our knees is the perfect time to pray, to surrender, to let God carry us through the tough times till we are able to step back on the mat again and stand triumphant in our journeys.
Author Jocelyn Driskill has experienced so many things that could have knocked her out - loss of her daughter's biological dad when their daughter was small, watching people she cared about suffer, stepping into being a leader even when she was scared, the loss of her husband and soulmate Tony during production of this book, and more. But in her journey, she learned to surrender fully to God so she could be Spirit-led to the beautiful parts of her story, to help guide others.
