In this episode of the OKRs Q&A Podcast, Tim Meinhardt interviews Evan Campbell about operational transformation using OKRs and the OKR marketplace as a whole. Evan Campbell is a senior technology/business executive and management consultant. As an executive and entrepreneur, he has demonstrated success with two IPOs and two exits to public companies. He is currently Chief Transformation Architect at Gtmhub, a venture funded software firm leading in the OKR management platform space.
Evan has held CTO, VP of Product Development, and VP of Professional Services roles in public, private, and venture funded companies in several industries, had P+L responsibility, and has built and led organizations of hundreds of highly engaged knowledge workers.
Evan has extensive management consulting expertise in innovation, product development, and Digital, Agile, and DevOps transformation to help clients realize peak performance and competitive advantage.
He has an MBA, an MA, is a Certified Enterprise Scrum Coach (CSC/CEC), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC4), Certified Enterprise Business Agility Strategist, Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), and he served in the U.S. Army as an Airborne Ranger and a Green Beret.
