Here is another inspiring episode from Susannah Sprague and My Best Life! Her special guest Karin Clarke takes us on a thoughtful journey to how you can really tune into what your body is telling you, and act upon it. When you are in tune with yourself, you can achieve much much more.

As a Certified Pilates Instructor, Massage Therapist, Health Coach and Meditation practitioner, Karin believes treating the whole body is crucial to wellness and peace within. Karin specializes in helping people build strength, balance and stamina with Pilates, finding relaxation with targeted Massage Therapy, finding solutions and root causes for gut/belly issues (and overall better food choices) and getting centered with a mindful meditation practice.
After a comprehensive evaluation, all sessions are individually created for each client whether it's for Pilates, Massage or Coaching. Karin believes meeting clients where they are is crucial to their success. She finds that consistent work, building strength and increasing awareness with her clients is imperative for their long term, sustained goals. As a coach, she put the power back in YOUR hands!
