* And so it begins: “According to information released Tuesday, April 21, by online data company SafeGraph.com (https://www.safegraph.com/), 41.2% of Whatcom County residents did not leave their homes on Saturday, April 18. Before coronavirus spread to the region, SafeGraph reported an average of 26.5% of people in the county stayed home on a daily basis, meaning Whatcom has seen a 14.7 percentage point improvement.
