Code Njnjas teaches kids to code through an engaging game- based curriculum that teaches teamwork, logic, math, and problem solving. She oversees operations, staff, and program development. Vivien has worked in the non-profit housing industry for 15 years. She is skilled in program management and development, strategic planning, and communications. For over five years, she managed the Peer Learning and Communications department for a 700-million-dollar nationalprogram that supported up to 1,700 housing counseling agencies and helped over two million homeowners mitigate foreclosure. She was also influential in the passing of the landmark anti-predatory lending legislation in the state of Rhode Island. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, MBA, and MS in Community Economic Development.
