Ever wondered what it would be like to eat plant-based foods without the meat, for the rest of your life? Or perhaps you’re already a vegetarian.
Can you imagine a cheesecake made without milk? Perhaps you’re already a vegan.
Our guest is a Michelin trained chef now specialising in Vegan cuisine and has been cheffing for over 25 years.
Featured on the BBC, not only has she cooked for Stephen Hawkins, Daley Thompson and Princess Diana, she now teaches other people how to create healthy plant-based dishes - calling it food for the soul.
She also runs an award-winning permaculture community farm in Northamptonshire, in the UK (Sol Haven) and supports mental health projects in the local community.
Talking about vegan cookery, eco farming and eco therapy, Natasha shares some of her cooking and well-being tips and how radically changing her eating habits overnight, healed her skin condition.
Known as the Loving Chef, learn more about Natasha Caton and check out her new book on Amazon.
