September is upon us and that means we have some excellent shows coming this month!

We kick off the episode by discussing what we have been reading such as Rook exodus from Image Comics and Ghost Machine by Geoff Johns, Jason Fabok, Brad Anderson, and Rob Leigh, as well as Plastic Man No More from DC Comics, and Marvel Zombies Dawn of Decay from Marvel Comics.

We then chat about what we are watching before diving into the latest news from around the pop-culture community.

Our main topic this week is all about one of Batman's most well-known foes, The Penguin! To prepare you for the upcoming HBO Max series on September 19th, we dive into the comic origins of Oswald Cobblepot and give you must-reads as well as discuss where we last saw him in The Batman.
