Karlie Foster was a teenage mom, who felt like she had to prove to they world she was good enough and worthy.

In a desire to create what she thought would be the “perfect” family and life, She stepped into the shadows of her husband and children, sacrificing herself and identity. Spiraling into a state of depression, emptiness, and a perpetually “empty cup”.

After a divorce and literally losing everything, every mask she hid behind was literally stripped away, and at that pivotal point she was force to rebuild from scratch.. her identity, relationships, and finances.

She found beauty in ashes, and learned that who she REALLY was, was more than enough.
