values/passions. This is foundational, and will be discovered upon self reflection, calming your
mind, and awakening to your inner leader. See a need that resonates/connects. Who can help
you reach a goal? Who has the influence to get the change you want? What skills do you bring
... are you adaptable, innovative, problem-solver, gatherer ...? Listen to your network of friends
that will support you in your mission and help you avoid burnout. Find out what is important to
you, find other people with similar interests to join you, and lead.
