We had the misfortune of working with Trista when we hired BTS to plan our wedding on August 12, 2023. Not only did BTS fail to perform their contractual obligations clearly laid out in our agreement (we received a $4000 chargeback from our credit card company due to their non-performance), we also found them (particularly Trista) to be rude, uncaring and dismissive throughout the 18 months we worked together. We had 5 different planners from start to finish, they made my wife cry multiple times, misspelled our last name on our paper products, and are blacklisted from doing an event at the venue our wedding was at. I recently was contacted by a couple who hired BTS and had to fire them after only a few months of working together. This couple is lucky they got our early and my biggest regret is not firing BTS in the beginning when we first started having issues. If you want to do business with Trista and BTS good luck to you but I cannot advise any bride or groom to partner with such a subpar and uncaring company / group of people.
