>> Tijuana Taxi cocktail – 2 oz reposado tequila, 1 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice, 1 oz fresh orange juice, 1 oz Cointreau, ½ oz simple syrup. Rub the rim of a chilled cocktail glass with the lemon wedge and rim with sugar. In a cocktail shaker, shake the liquid ingredients vigorously with ice. Strain into the sugar rimmed glass and garnish with a lemon twist.

>> South Beach cocktail from the Rainbow Room NYC – 2 parts Campari, 1 part amaretto, 2 parts orange juice. Mix ingredients in cocktail shaker with ice and strain into a martini glass. Enjoy with a good friend or family member and tip your glass to my late grandfather (and original Most Interesting Man in the World) John Moskal.
