Host Lee Addison, a coach who has been at 2 x NRL clubs, 3 x World Cups and 3 Elite High Schools (and more) outlines much of the game plan he employs with most of his teams, many of which have enjoyed huge success over a 25 year career.

He also talks to footy players about the need to periodise their training and also outlines a 6 session coaching plan to prepare for big games in a rep environment, after criticising the Samoa coach last week for complaining about that very circumstance!

Lee also talks about a coach who has been banned for a long time over alleged mishandling of a player with concussion, so that has a huge bearing on all of us.
