Hear, hear, VexHeads: The March Pursuivant Extraordinary & Honorary Vexillologist has entered the chat! That's right, Philip Tibbetts, the world's only (we looked it up) state-appointed vexillologist, pays a visit to tell us all about the Lyon Court and his role in it. We talk all about the newest Scottish flags and their adoption process, start to finish.
