North Kansas City, to be exact. A little place carving out an awesome niche of nightlife, restaurants, and breweries in a formerly industrial-only section of town. One of those breweries is Calibration Brewery, and in Nov. 2019 we sat down with Dr. Laers Malburg, scientists and Calibration's brewmaster.
