Despite my confidence and expertise in self-awareness, I noticed a pattern of self-sabotage when the focus was solely on me, rather than on a team or others. This led to a vulnerable moment where I recognized the importance of not just being self-aware but also taking compassionate, effective action to create real change.

I emphasize that self-awareness is only a piece of the puzzle and that understanding your Enneagram type is not enough. It's about what you do with that knowledge that counts. I encourage listeners to move beyond passive awareness and take active steps towards transformation.
