A community hospital in the small town of South Pittsburg, Tennessee, has been closed since the early 2000's. A man and woman have taken up residence in the abandoned building and act as caretakers of the property, and they also have a very young son with them. They seem to have become accustomed to strange occurrences in this giant, empty space as you would think most hospitals have to be haunted. But it's the fear that the son shows for a particular entity on the third floor that makes The Investigators jump into action to try and find out what it is...even if it means going toe-to-toe with potential evil.
