Now - into today’s episode! I’m here this week with a Tee Talk as we reach the end of August and bring on September. For a lot of people, the month of September typically brings about a lot of change, whether in your career, your schedule, with kids going back to school, and the seasons changing.
That’s why I’m bringing forward some unfiltered honesty and advice–when it comes to change, it’s better to ride the wave down than to swim upstream. Then, we talk about anxiety vs. change based on a quote I saw recently on Instagram by @wordsarevibrations.
