This is the first episode of a series of spiritual advise to my infant daughter to guide her throughout her life.

Following is a verse from Moha Mudgara (Destroyer of Illusion) popularly known as Bhaja Govindam chant composed by Adi Shankaracharya who is believed to have lived in the 8th century AD.

Yogaratova Bhogaratova
Sangharatova Sangha-viheenaha
Yasya Brahmani Ramate Chittam
Nandati Nandati Nandatyeva

Either through Yoga or through Bhoga (worldly pleasures)
Either with company or through solitude
One whose deepest mind/intellect always dwells in Brahman (the ultimate reality/God/Creator)
He/She alone will attain to bliss

It does not matter how you get to the ultimate reality, get there to experience the ultimate joy!
