So I just wanted to try the app out on my phone to see if I could get a digital recording from my phone it's not going to be the best quality but I thought I'd try it out having a few run-ins today with some problems so I thought I'd share about how I'm solving those today maybe it could help you along the way and remember your mind matters on mind matter
