As waters continue to rise, what can be done? How can parents help? And is there anything we can do to prevent it? Rick Hoaglund sits down with Clark Flatt, President and Founder of The Jason Foundation, to talk about the signs, solutions, and how the foundation got started following a terrible tragedy in the summer of 1997.
