Best ever description of how empire works by Alex; succinct; ove it. however, a bit let down by Alex's promotion of Government's interference in the economy. For example his view on railroads needing to serve all routes even if those routes are not profitable. Tom, would like you to interview Peter O'Toole at the Anti Planner (ti.org). In Denver Colorado, many public transit trains run empty. It wouldj actually be cheaper for the taxpayers to buy the poor cars compared to the costs of public transit.
