Emily Posselius and I first crossed paths five years ago in Big Sur, California attending a retreat at The Esalen Institute. We were both in need of some guidance and landed on a retreat called a Quarter Life Calling for lovely beings in their 20s. Finding a purpose at such a defining time is a hard task to take on and feel supported in. We are both truly grateful for the work and guidance our dear friend Coby Kozlowski is providing for the future beings of this world with such an amazing retreat that I highly recommend young adults to attend if possible. Emily and I take a look back on the goals, aspirations, trials, and traumas that we may have been processing at that time and where we have arrived today.
