Our state of mind is what our life experience becomes. No matter what the external circumstances are, what we think about them is what life is for us.
The quality of relationships we have, the amount of success we achieve, the richness of life experience we enjoy are all direct results if what our state of mind is. Maintaining a healthy state of mind is what our mental health is all about. It’s a prerequisite for a great life experience. This episode is a recording of webinar I did recently on the topic of ‘Secrets of modern mental health’ Given relevance of this topic in our current situation, I decided to share this recording with you. In this webinar I talked about how the motivational triad that kept us alive millions of years is now becoming source of our suffering. This is the reason our mental health is deteriorating even though our lives have become more convenient. We need to learn to implement the new version of triad in our lives to enjoy great mental health and well being. This is what will make our life experience more fulfilling and will help us gift good mental health to our kids. Enjoy listening.
